the "Detect a unknown creature in map, dwObjID=*number*" warning can be fixed with updating your server-sided creature_proto.xml and creature_name.xml to newer ones.
that script error can be easily fixed with some programming skills. The lua language is easy.
"City init failed" error can be fixed with some reconfig.
I can't say anything about "streamserver". I just need the files and i can help to make a working server files.

I mean,now world initialised and it need a connection of db and login.
But,with error like I quoted before,even if login and db will connect,you will NOT enter a game,so,add in script this variable :)
And can you tell more information about login error?
