Transfer System Locale China to Chinese (PRC) to run dc server

go to control panal --> clock language , region --> the click the 3rd bar , and select the language to chinese RPC

I've translated half of the xml files , i restarted the server , rebooted my pc , and the ingame items / skills / maps still not in english . and im 100% sure that the files i translated are the right ones . but could someone tell me the exact place for the right things ?

those tuan webgames have chinese in both database and swf files
to change language u need to use swf decompiler,navicat or heidi sql(to explore and edit databases) and notepadd++ that has a plugin to translate(crtl+alt+f)

Will not work i have changed the clock language , region, restarted my pc and it still does not work.

try to configure the vm adapter to neither bridge or NAT
if nat check the vm ip(Tuan always uses 192.168.200.100 or 192.168.100.x)
then ping
then start the vm and follow instructions(usually Tuan puts batch files named 1 2 3 4 or uses ./start for linux)
i can confirm it works i have all Tuan vms working and made videos(and bother him on his blog chat) but i deleted it some time ago i cant remember all

I know what it is for some reason Apache is not loading. yet apache has worked on another Webgame O.o

Edit: nevermind fixed it. The directory was incorrect to which the config setting where set up to.. /facepalm
