QUICK TUTORIAL
restore database "main.slq" in mysql 5.x
change configs in \File about ECO\Config to match your sql user and pass
also u can change rates,scroll down
edit server.lst in both client and server folders to match your
use account creator go to the 2nd button and put your sql user and pass then go back and reg an account
in client use START.BAT to play,i had to edit it cause had invalid characters

Answering myself:

SagaECO is developed by a small group of Chinese ECO players. It is in the process of being ported to Japanese. Subversion history can trace the project back to July 2008.

The application itself is primarily written in C#, based on the Microsoft .NET framework. It is designed to be run on systems running the Microsoft Windows operating system. It can be modified to work on any database software, but the SQL scripts that are included with the release version are built for the MySQL database engine.

Languages used in SageECO: C#, SQL, XML, Visual Basic, HTML, DOS Batch Script
