Yes, just type the commands in normal chat and is done!

!gm rmb 999 ( Ingot, used to buy from market )
!gm addmoney 999 ( Gold )
!gm additem 140101004 ( You find more ID`s in item.xml file )
!gm lv 100 ( Grands you Level 100, but i suggest you not to use! You risk to bug your character, and get stuck on maps and stuff )
!gm exp 999 ( Gives you exp )

A quick solution could be adding this in the top of your PHP of index.php:

ob_start();

Did you replaced the old files with the ones i uploaded? Or mabe try to delet all browser data, cookie and cache! :)

If you dont run the server on port "83" there are some things you need to edit in "client/Game.php" for example:

flashvars.login="http://127.0.0.1:83";

to

flashvars.login="http://127.0.0.1";
