it's in English? and how much CPU,RAM it need to run it?

yes full english. those files are the base of all current p servers.
cpu(is old gs...an dual core woud be enought)
ram ( in standby no users on...1gb) ...you probably need at least 4gb

u have des generator in pack...so use it (look in folder of repack, find a folder called des generator. use it+ it has a help pdf.)
to create accounts...use acc creator.
