I hope someone can set up a private server with a balanced PvP mode.
PWE completely butchered this game, delaying fixes and then a maintenance occurs which doesnt fix shit and adds even more bugs like random rectangles showing up. This is the worst, most incompetent staff I have ever witnessed in my whole gaming career and I'm getting all my guildies to move to another server if one pops up.

First im not php coder and i don't have knowledge about php.
This file just modified from auth-api.

If you think this files not secure or incomplete or bad script, im so sorry.
Feel free to use and modified this script.

1. Execute .sql
2. Set uid+pass in billing-api.php
3. Edit service_control.xml

Is there any tools for .mip (create, unpack, decrypt, encrypt)?

DAT : One file can be found in client directory (f00X.dat)
MIP : Patch files can be downloaded manually from RH Patch Server

How to Use

RHDec DAT_MIP_FileName

Output files with extension .unc

Writed on Delphi. With large file size worked too slow

Thanks for the release. I made a little update for it, added some codes for respond the request of balance query and created a table for billing logging.
