first you need Yaml extension in php and then run this query in the phpmyadmin web table:

INSERT INTO `languages` (`id`, `header`, `header_mini`) VALUES
(1, 'pt-BR', 'pt');

If you want register works partitially need this query:

INSERT INTO `countries` (`id`, `name`) VALUES ('0', 'Hungary');
