- FilePack (idk)
- PAKpacker (import/export [.pak] file)
- Map editor i think

3. FTP (AutoPatchTool maybe, not sure)

7. 1 rar file (FtpServerCn)
8. Tutorial Video (also garbled name, yes its chinese and no sound)

What you need
- SQL EXPRESS 2012
- SQL Management Studio 2012
- Net4.0 (for Website Setup)

I only run local only
Didn't tried online, my pc is potato
If you stuck, i can help.. probably
but i dont understand chinese, so my help is limited

Translation
- MTL + my broken english = POTATO Translation
- UI, Map names, Npc names, Npc dialogue, Hypertext..
- Not everything are translated
- Some text or names have no spaceinbetween
- Some text i have no idea what it was supposed to mean
- Some text made no sense at all
- Some text i cannot find where it hid
- Some text are not text at all, its a picture
