2/ Unpack file .APK

3/ Copy file .pkp in folder HKGH.apk\assets\packages\

4/ Paste folder \unpack\pack (Tools unrar)

5/ Shift + mouse right foder unpack (Tool unrar) => Select Open Powershell windows here

6/ Input java -cp kutil.jar ket.pack.PackTool2 -check --s1=pack\ --unpackdir=unpack\ => pressing ENTER

When unpacking, language translation, and repacking using the kutil.jar tool, the size of the file becomes about x10.
