You don't need any tutorial just install mssql and restore the database.

and change the database password in server files and run files as the following:-

1-\loe_server1\Server\MainframeServer.exe
2-\loe_server1\Server\GateServerRN.exe
3-loe_server1\LOE_1\DBManager\GameDBManager.exe
4-loe_server1\LOE_1\DBManager\MsgServer.exe
5-loe_server1\LOE_1\CH\start.bat

That's it.
