that would of been the first thing i would done, but the othe map editor is in worse shape, thaf one is pretty much 80% non working .
so would be a mistake to try to fix the other one.
this one at least you see terrain sculpting, fog, and texture painter half working. the other one not even these :-)
like i said, if it is simple fixing ill try to fix if find out needs complete rewrite wont be wort investing time on it since i assume this is not the only thing faukty in the whole engine, too old technology.
Why not look at Secret OL version of the map editor?
Again Devil Hegemony, Secret OL, Heroes of Thessalonica, TiJian blah blah blah are all based on same engine.
At least Secret OL was newer than Devil, but actually survived past Beta.
So I would "Hope" that they actually had a functional map editor.
Search the forum for Secret OL.

one note ybtx warrior king so far seems to be in better shape as i noticed, mysql driven, windows and linux server graphics look gorgeous, the game logic seems fun, it 100% compiles out of the box, but has 1 big, big flaw, scene editor too useless, i spent too much time trying to figure out to make it work but no success.
i might of missing some config setup or something, bit i gave up on it. i just dont understand why no logical reason or debug info to try to fix, bothing i could do, or my brain got fried trying too hard. that i may be missing a simple fix.
ohhh, and 0 documentation, this will hurt so bad if you sailing alone, who to go if you hit a brickwall.
