RO2:LotS pserver is a bit impossible for now but I've seen DiviniaRO2 released packetloggers that will directly send them packets if you are playing RO2, which will help them continue in developing RO2. I doubt they would release any files though since it will just make a competition for them.

Divinia RO2 will never release any files, they worked and will work private.
