What did was changed: I organized the files, set up to work offline [need only add the user's password Sql], added the [PNG] missing for the functioning of the archives.

Mini Guide

Configure the following items in the Server folder:
• Folder [Center] = "Center: -> Center.Service.exe"
• Folder [Center \ Config] = "serverconfig.xml"
• Folder [Fight] = "Fighting.Service.exe"
• Folder [Fight \ Config] = "serverconfig.xml"
• Folder [Road] = "battle.xml"
• Folder [Road] = "Road.Service.exe"

• Set the following item [Web.xml] in [Request] folder

• Set up the files from the website as follows:

• Copy the [index.html] is [Flash] folder inside the [wwwroot] folder IIS

• Configure the IIS Web site with the following applications: [Flash] [Resource] [Request] all of them as Application Pool [.NET v2.0 Classic]
• Copy the the contents of the [PNG] folder to [FLASH] folder
