already can login, and create the character but force close after chose character in loading screen. For now using V690 with hascode v690.
in debug i found Exception thrown: 'System.Net.Sockets.SocketException' in System.dll, and already using exceptions for the debug but still not success login to dats center.
for everyone want hashcode v690.

I have the same error，when i use the other verison ,It will be Failed to receive resource data. Please try again late, I have used CE to change the ip"44.225.67.252"to 127.00.00.001 ,but it is useless

i think the Clint is incomplete，it need the offical server to test if the version is the latest one，even the Clint have changip.ini，it also will sent message to 44.xxx ip.
maybe，we can change the Clint's ip to
solve the problem
