It was the x3.xem that I forgot to put on XIGNCODE folder.

Now I'm stuck on this "Connection must be valid and open" too xD

This is because it can't connect to the Database, the DB user is "root" and it doens't have password, so you have to change in the code where it connects to the DB because the password in the code is "123456", just change it to "" and it will work
