Well, there was a person, Finella, who reversed engineered the game to find every little detail about the game. Their blog was taken down thanks to a warning from CAVE, I would probably say that it wouldn't be a majorly hard problem, considering someone has pretty much cracked the game wide open. As far as I know, they haven't done anything to prevent any one doing it again, so who's to say it wouldn't be just as easy to do again?

everyone has their own opinion soooooooooo if you find this game bad then keep it for yourself..
i've played this game and i've found it quite unique and i really liked it.. too bad ariagames was a friggin money cow so yeah..
i quitted at the part where you really need to pay quite a sum of money for shiz :P
so im really hoping for a pserv then i WILL play it again :D

It's not as bad as a lot of MMOs I've played, in all fairness. The official servers just have a little too much money around, it can be hard for new players to really do anything. That's why I would say a private server is just what the game needs.
