that is a fake adress internal lan card(Windows assignes when there is no network, or something wrong with your network, i had this also with an other adress in my tinserver), just erase in the tinserver.ini :
[TINserver/address] part erase all underthat section, even the * also, and replace in one single line your own LAN IP
should look like this:
[TINserver/address]
192.168.1.1
CHANGE THE IP! THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE!!
Also for the tutorial:
Change all of the mentioned IP's in my preconfigured downloads, to your own. It is a preconfigured thing...

I have what may sound like a dumb question, regarding the app Tools->steamGuardKeygen - how do you use this? I was reading the documentation and it said : (you'll need steamGuardKeygen if steamguard is enabled on the account)
What is the point of using a steam platform emulator when you can use the functions of a full-fledged steam platform. To be honest, I prefer the Epic Games platform most of all, both as a player and as an investor. I even have some epic games stock in my portfolio. I'm happy with the Epic Games platform and I don't want to leave it, besides, there is a huge plus there like games are distributed for free on this platform every week. Isn't it amazing, besides games of different genres and prices, there are even games worth about fifty dollars that are given away for free. I consider this feature as a huge plus, which attracts most of the audience.

RU serious?! It will work always when you need... also You can have your own private steam server WITHOUT the need to connect to any site online. You can have Offline LAN mode, private online mode(just like real steam) and vpn server you can use any game as you want without risking ban, you can play with anyone over the internet WITHOUT the real deal and your friends ect ect ect... you can even play when you dont have access to steam with your friends, and i could go on... That is the point. You can own your own data. Also do not use it, if you dont see any reason in this, it is not for you then...
i mean if you dont see what is the point all of this or why this is good for you. XD In fact, i suspect this whole forum will not be sufficient for you since based on your question "why would you want host an mmo or develop something like that" - since most of the games / programs are here still exists and works on live servers... you can host your own data, and play and mod as you see fit.. DUH... think it thru. This is an mmorpg development forum. The steam emulator itself is not so far from there...
BTW:
I tested this thing not long ago, and it is working i have issues with the chat itself not loading up after some restart... but i can start almost any game with this - you need to edit manifest and game appid in the files but it works... even the friend system. Only the steam based matchmaking games works, that uses steam friend system though... but it works...

There is no active development in this program...i did spoke with SteamCooker(Creator of tinserver) about the source, but sadly he is not willing to share it to anyone currently, not even for money. So no one will give you what you want.
Could someone re-upload the 2nd and 3rd mega archives provided in the OP? They were taken off of Mega and I don't see a new link anywhere in the thread. Thanks.
