that is a fake adress internal lan card(Windows assignes when there is no network, or something wrong with your network, i had this also with an other adress in my tinserver), just erase in the tinserver.ini :
[TINserver/address] part erase all underthat section, even the * also, and replace in one single line your own LAN IP
should look like this:
[TINserver/address]
192.168.1.1
CHANGE THE IP! THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE!!
Also for the tutorial:
Change all of the mentioned IP's in my preconfigured downloads, to your own. It is a preconfigured thing...
Also: What parts are "not existing" ??
