Umm, futile if you are trying to attract people to dev it for you and "that suppose to be a proof of concept for modular emu"
ps: don't get your hopes to high about TERAEmu... didn't see anything from them or any announce/talk about it. Most likely you`ll see some announce or release after there`s already a "working emu server"
Tera API dev project removed. Also all links is not activated anymore
If ATracer is taking control of this kind of emu I would only expect half of the work he has a nark for giving up on projects aion-unique perfect example.

Tera Emulator Project officialy died 24 february
TeraXemu Project was closed 28 March
Cerium Unity (t-emu) Project was closed 3 March
Tera-api project died 6 June :(
And which core using the russian private servers?!
I see no point in emulator.
Official server files and partial source code is already starting to get public.
