[TOOLS] Lotro packet tools with decrypting server

Found those still on my HDD, maybe someone can do something with those tools.

Pack includes:

* lotro-unpacker (source)
* Server to capture, encrypt and decrypt packages
* web analyzer for packets
* htdocs for meta server
* authetication meta server (gls)
* Textfile with informations about the packets
