I don't know what to say about Unity 3d chess platform Longhua. I have never tried it before. Maybe it is a good one. One of my friends is in love with the platform, so I'll try it too. Being a pro chess player and also because of the pandemic, I have tried many chess platforms to train. It was hard for me, but then I bought some online chess courses, trained a lot, and became better. Today I am easily defeating almost every participant. This special thing is just chess.
For creating others, just search for premade templates. There are plenty and some of them are for free also.
