Thanks for the share! i was just working on the old files too, adding the new maps etc. lol

Edit: Got the server up and running, one of the clients(azonline) that comes with the files however only has one map so you will need to add the rest.

You can use mssql 2000.

Edit: If anyone is interested i am uploading the sea client's ripped files(textures, models, maps etc) but you will need to add them to your client yourself.
