Updated the thread, War Simulator added, TEMPORALY REMOVED PORTABLE VERSION!!! IT WILL BE AN OTHER WITH WIKI INTERFACE AND UPDATED WAR SIMULATOR, BUT NOT JUST NOW, ITS ONLY AVALIABLE THE MASTER SOURCE ONLY!!! it was way too old for sharing!

Thats why i wrote the english guide, and BTW dont use it if u dont like it. source is nice, but need do big work to translate and refactoring this. And i think, something wrong with my cron scripts -_-'' is not working on XAMPP....
First of all: check the thread and read it for god sake i WROTE that its only working with the portable MOWES server, or you have to make a CORRECT installation not some sh*** portable version WAMP
In short sentence: its not working with Portable WAMP servers like wampserver ot XAMMP...
you HAVE to install the normal MYSQL + APACHE and PHP... like on a real server!
It works on any LAMP envrionment(even with cpanel or enkompass) i have a working server :D
For The language i sorry, but i did not wrote, and i am just glad i have this script... its a GOOD game... its worth the trouble belive it its not a simple any-like mmo script... its different from the others like xnova or ogame or similar :D unique economy system and galaxy and fleet move-ings... :D

Yep, i am like this too, but i am start development my own version. I think i am change ajax scripts for websockets, and i am have a good idea - star fleet control in sector. You can manage you ships in space manually, lead ship in battle! (looks like in old Galaxy Online), when owner afk or not online - ships attacking automatically. If combine some things from Ogame, Galaxy online with this game - it would be epic.
But hungarian... trolling me :D
heh lol XD yea sadfully it is hungarian, but hey its free... the writer of this script is regret too, but he did spend more than 4000 hours with developing so he cannot change this anymore :D he said it on the actual own forum :D i can translate variables too if u want(i am hungarian too) just write here the needed words...

I think, you can make a file, looks like up mess, for some Hungarian words, for example needed words Google cant translate this. and code have a many similar words.
It will be a great usable, becouse when you know this problem words, you can easy replace it by "Replace in files" with Notepad++
BTW i understand your concern, that this is the third hardest language in the world, (after Arabian, and Chineese) but not THAT complicated :D so i can help i just need a list...
The only characters what you should have problem in hungarian is: É é Á á Ű ű Ő ő Ü ü Ó ó í Í but theese are NOT in the PHP code, everything else, is normal characters... :D

hmm, hard task, becouse game code for 65% on Hu :D and 40% of words, google cant translate it. Need a some time to make it)) i will do that in close-future. (lots of words)
