tried and failed on win server 2008 R2 , i did extract the files in D:/ . error "Cant find C:/Boot.ini" @@

yes i basicly do but imagine all the files from Chineze letters to EUropean's .... how would that look? or who will play?
Well, is this kinda complete? Because i would like to use this source too.. as a sort of base. But is it realistic to build my own game on this base?
if some 1 can help me to run the server i can help alot i can't run because it is hard on china language ?
