@randym sadly no i have not still trying ^^

Translating whats inside config.7z makes no noticeable difference anywhere in-game from what i can see.
but i have provided my config.7z translated and finished.

At this point all we can do is translate the website/login/register/cash exchange etc until someone finds or release's an unpacker so we can translate the game and the ui

Thanks for sharing translation xX.blood.Xx. I saw that you change some words, but some of them need fix like: (saying that just to help you):
D2BBBCB6 = a (one)
c4d0 = M (male)
b4f2d4ec = build (building)
bfe2b2d6 = library positions (warehouse)
Probably alot more cause i have alot more work at files..
Is your files works or not? Because shitty google translator adds useless separator like this " = " and im afraid that it cause translation to not work at all. You may need to remove all extra spaces between "=" and between %(space)s ...like just %s
Also in Main.lng you need to translate only second names because it makes maybe* some reference with chinese ones stored somewhere..or did you note that when u tranlated them you see word=word. I think it needs to be like original chinese=translated english..

Strange.. few seconds after this screen you should see loading screen..
Did you see screen with steps 1 and 2? In 1 you download and manually install exe and you click on 2 after you already installed it. Then game should load..
Did you found and change all ini's with search? There is alot.. You can try also virtual machine..

ordinary text editor with chinese encoding should work.. so u can use even word while selecting some of the chinese simplified layouts or just open it with notepad++ then go to encoding->character sets->chinese->gb2312.

xX.blood.Xx i think that chinese codes are coded somewhere in exe or something like that and game makes reference between those files and first column of GuiFormRes.lng to know which names to replace then replace it.. Or ask yourself then why both columns in GuiFormRes.lng have words like:
活动设置=活动设置
2222=2222
OpenItem=OpenItem
锭=锭
毒属性=毒属性
Words are exactly the same? Whats the use of files with exastly same names?
If you translate them all just like you do, then it wont find right words to make reference and then replace them, thats why it will use other "coded" chinese names. And maybe your english translation are partially because other files which use codes and not chinese names for reference..
All that is just a theory of course.. i will test that at the end of the week when i have more time.

I think the same.. they are also encrypted i think.. you can read at the bottom of the all lines this "Copyright 2004-2011 by WangYou Network Technology Co.,Ltd". Also did someone expect lng files in sound.pkg? Btw structer of files looks like Dekaron .data format. I mean this *.wix should contain file structure of the original *.pkg or its just a key to re-encryption.. on theory of course too...

It does not matter whats "translated" in the files nothing change's because it reads from the "pak files.." Also i said i went through and re-did everything by hand including leaving the double words as "chin=eng" as you said because you thought it might work like that and well it does not work ether.

Also if you take the time to look through the lines you would see space's between some lines the "=" does not seem to matter if there's a space between or not seeing as but again only theory.

We will just leave it as we are stuck with Chinese files as long as we cant extract the pak files which is honestly sad i quite enjoyed this game.

Yea i've tried clearing all my history/cache etc on 3 browsers sadly it does not help.

"Cash" its not inside of any browser Seymour, its in other folder, actually one of 2 folders with same name
