My guess it's controlled in the adobe air .swf file for the gm tools program. So if you can somehow decompile and edit that, you'd be on your way.

what is the file to translate game Strings? like Item Names, quest? to many in chinese im loocking arround translate some xml but not see any change

Thanks for Help after some work arround a find a software to change swf scripts with out broke the file im going to Fix some translations and share it here later

Translations is Not The best but It is better than chinese hehe
Codes List And Package Names Comming from Server.xml
If you want translate Item Names on Tool you Need Translate Item.xml and Equip.xml in "C:\0\web\htdocs\dbbases"
