This file is clean, for guy have problem with server just verify if database is connected ( mysqld )
Don't forget to run phpStudy in administrator.

Translation files is hard to find.
All changes to .jpg or .png cannot be changed ingame (why?)
Best of luck if we will get some tips how to find and what to do to update our changes.
