So go to logingateserver and change
logingateserver.network.policy.isstart = false to true if its false
Clicking on what looks like a pet claw = silverlight crash btw so i wouldn't do that much

Just change ip server from database mysql\wowo_server\serverlist I don' remember exactly .But you can find it easy.
Change your ip in database and you can create character
Download and patch ( somebody share it before) for fix bug in map
and you can play game
you forgot edit the database server table...
where all the characters created in database?
