What i did:

1 - unpack the game to any folder

2 - copy from: C:\......\御灵道\YLDServer to C:\xampp\htdocs

3 - copy from: C:\xampp\htdocs\MySQL5\data to C:\xampp\mysql\data

4 - run the file C:\xampp\htdocs\Start Server.bat

5 - open CPanel on xampp and see if MySQL is on like the image :


6 - now open navicat and see if you can connect to DB
User e Pass: root + root


7 - now go to table webaccount and take a user to test

8 - to log you must use http://127.0.0.1:90/tomcat6/webapps/webfate/Main.swf

8.1 - if you use apach port 90 ... but if you use another change it on the link.
