Well, here I give you the best server files that I know about for this game!

Specs needed:

OS:
Windows XP SP3 / Windows 2003 SP1 (Either 32 or 64 BIT)

Software:
Microsoft SQL 2000 or better.
FrameWorks 3.5 with latest Update.
XAMPP WebServer with .ASP support

RAM:
1GB (Minimum)
2GB+ (Recommended)

CPU:
2.0 GHz (Minimum)
2.3 GHz+ (Recommended)

HD:
10GB (Minimum)
20GB+ (Recommended)
[It will take 5 GB in less than a month]

Connection:
100 kb/s Upload (Minimum)
200 kb/s Upload+ (Recommended)

XWWL 3.9+AddOns Server Files

1) Install MSSQL 2000 and SP 4
2) Install East Asian Languages & set non-unicode programs to use CHINESE PRC.
3) Create databases rxjhgame, rxjhaccount, rxjhserver and rxjhweb.
4) Restore each database. (Inside 更新真正韩服披风15蔬菜武器数据库)
5) In the folder names 登陆器和补丁 there is a patch, replace the client with this patch. (Patch after installing RXJH Original patch)
6) Open 3.9商业端loginserver and edit config.ini (On line " Server=ÄãµÄ·þÎñÆ÷Ãû " goes server location, usually 127.0.0.1)
7) Open 3.9商业端RxjhServer and edit config.ini

8) Use the program provided in the following link to decrypt and encrypt the information. http://www.mediafire.com/?mzn10ndowzd
9) Edit CEF9F180.dat with the new information.
10) Put new launcher into client.
11) Copy rxjhDeBuf.dll and replace old one from RxjhServer folder with it.
12) Patch client with last patch.
13) Start Server, make account, and Enjoy!
