Maple-Hosting: +1 for them, I just ordered one for my friends server and it was really good.

They offered problem solvers when I chatted with them, They gave me a $5-$10 discount if I upgraded because my 512RAM wasn't working.
They got to my support ticket within a day (Normally put it in, when they weren't offline)

I also got the domain which was around $10AU and I was easily able to forward it to my IP.

With the Upgrades, It took about 2hours (During their working hours) and no downtime, except when I restarted it (Reducing lag in server).

If I had a choice, I would give them a +10 =D

WebKeepers - Shitty support. They don't help in case something isn't installed correctly ( something that they installed not you. )
I bought a server from them. Guess what.
They didn't give me the FTP, they didn't give me the control panel.
Everything was disabled.

Two reviews, if i may.

1. Maple-Hosting : The cheapest service for the best product, literally 24/7 support, easy set-up and fast. They also provide a full control pannel and assistance via ticket which is answer almost instantly, +1.

2. VPS-Land : Worst service in the entire buisness do not even look here, I was left hanging trying to contact someone for 2 weeks, My server wasnt even turned online until 3 weeks after I ordered it, my refund was refused, the people didn't know how to help and they charge too much for crappy service, -1
