To answer your first question: Parts of the Atlantica Online server files have been released in the past (not sure if links still work). However, I believe we never got past the problem that we don't have the "GM Tool" which is required to open the gameserver and get it out of 'maintenance mode'.
As for your second question: There used to be an english pserver, but it got shut down a long time ago...I believe there's a chinese private server out somewhere but its pretty boring and pay-2-win.

This is incorrect, GM Tool has nothing to do with the server at all other then GM commands(not developer commands). There is a english server that is in beta testing right now but they are not moving along at all. Right now i am currently working on getting a private server live, reconstructing the database's are we speak.
