I am looking for a tool that can convert DTX file of Crossfire and import into PS

Hi guys. I have extract rez file from crossfire NA with a bunch of dtx file for texture model. so I am looking for a tool that can convert dtx file into any kind of image file types, so that I can import into photoshop or If you guys have dtx's plugin extension for photoshop. Please share with me. I try to open dtx texture but I could not get It open. I really appriceate It.
