[Raiderz] No Login/connection to root

Hey,

I need help on my root. I want to install a raiderz server on it but the login don't work and he don't show me a server. I put the IP's in all server.inis and in the database (all IP's are 127.0.0.1 only when in the line is written public ip: than is here my root ip)
All ports are open and firewall is off but still the same problem. I reinstalled all and did all again, still the same problem. I hope that anyone can help me with that problem
