[S.U.N Online] Help w/ DB & Server Files

Hello. I'm currently working on a set of Soul of the Ultimate Nation server files and I'm looking for people to help me out on finishing the database and server files.

Database Problems:
1) Character Deletion
2) Creating Game Room for Battle Zone
3) Accessing Personal Warehouse
4) Temple of Blood is non-existing (migrate tables)

Server Files Problem(s):
1) World.txt (Buffer Error)
2) Teleporting to Areas (Related to World.txt)
3) Portaling to Areas (Related to World.txt)
4) Statuses (Heals over time, buffs, and etc don't work) *

Client Problem(s):
1) Statuses (Heals over time, buffs, and etc don't work) *
2) Chinese only (Language patches needed)

Also, I will not be releasing a guide on how to setup the server or database, but I will help as much as I can if you post pictures. Thank you!

Can someone give me some tips on what to look for when it comes to building a database from source code? Any information would be great. Thank you.

At the current moment, I'm digging through the server's source code hoping to find any missing tables and etc.
