    idea [C++][Dev] Xe0n RP V1

    NOT HABBO OR PRIVATE SERVER RELATED.
    Major update:
    Project Xe0n

    A simple, text rp played in command prompt.
    What is Project Xe0n?

    Xe0n is a text rp project, run by me, Adil. It's coded in c# and c++, but my main one is the c++ as that is my native language.

    At this point, you're probably wondering why c++? Well, C++ is the language I've developed in for the past 8 months and is a powerful, yet easy to learn language. I had developed a ganster edit of xe0n, but that failed a long time back. When I realised what I was doing wrong, I restarted the project. 21 days later, I can say I've finished it and now released it. It's open sourced, so don't buy it off any vendor under ANY circumstance. I'll concentrate on the c++ version for now, updating it regularly. It's in a beta, so it may be buggy and easy to play. Please leave feedback at my blog, in the footer links. It's build no. is 01, build will increment everytime I release an edit, minor or major. Making xe0n was not an easy process, I can assure you. I had to recode two whole sections, which were 100+ lines of code. Xe0n was a hard task, but worthy as I was pleased with my output. I would like to improve xe0n, but that depends on you, the public.
    What can you do to help?

    Donations in the form of money would be extremely useful, but as I have no paypal account, I can't accept that. However, visiting my webpage, downloading my source and sending feedback would go a long way into further releases and development projects.

    What is included with the download?

    Well, the download itself is a .rar archive, so you'll need winzip or winrar to extract the files. Include in the rar archive is the following;
    -The two games, in .ZIP files
    -Games' source codes, complete with the visual studio projects
    -Read me

    .NET Framework 4, C# and C++ 2010 express editions, or visual studio pro

    I have finished developing the draft/beta release. I am now focused on community feedback, and drafting ideas to improve code structure and other features. I will undergo a stage of performance enhancements and tweaks to the code when I am happy with the community feedback. As always, you can pm me with the title xeon. Xe0n is undergoing a feedback stage, where if I do receive enough, a new release will be developed. Code structure and performance seems good, with code easy to understand.     I have to add
    quests
    exit anytime
    random gain, e.g you stumble across 500 gold
    more enemies

    I was doing some allegro stuff, but the library wouldn't configure with visual studio for some odd reason. I'll probably now learn some more advanced stuff :). This development was a pretty old development, just something to advance my knowledge of C++\
