After reading all of the posts in this thread, i still dont understand one piece of what this is going to be.
A web based layout for windows which isnt a windows theme? Simply a fake os?
Please help me understand what this is about.

once i put the download i aint making anymore... this took a few weeks of planning.
The more you make the more experienced you become. So don't stop now , perhaps your next project will take 1 week , the one after that a day , and so on.
i coded the layout in custom like i used my own codes >_< <startmenu></startmenu>
using my own codes is my way of coding :P

No... There's the right way of doing things, and then there's completely stupid ways of doing things. You are definitely not doing them the right way. You should NEVER use non-standard tags like that. I didn't even know that was possible until today. Doing stuff like that is practically begging to have your site look completely screwed up in most browsers. Guess what. It looks really bad in Firefox. I guess that says something about Chrome, eh?
