Ok I have tried out , and ..... you should definitely learn about jQuery interfaces , and use them , instead of simple HTML. With jQuery interface you can make DIV's into windows , and drag them around like real computer windows , and much more.

Ya ik im changing the design and added all Div's + ie is FIXED beat that bug. so far clean 1 some the errors im working on the new way of V0.2 thanks for the comment and idea. im not gonna do the "jQuery" im not that smart i just love designing things making the world go in circles. Sometime i dont work on the layout cause my highblood pressure i have for 6 years causes me to bleed a lot so sometimes i take breaks once in a while to lower it. Thanks for the ideas!

Well i havent finished coding i may have to stop this week i have a flu and maybe a fever its getting bad so i wont be able to work on the layout :( trying to get welloh btw i like the naruto picture im a anime fan X) its going around every where urg i hate being sick -.-
This time i hope people like the v0.2 it should kill the v0.1 errors hope this month is the month that makes things more better

I'd suggest keeping it all in one thread. Makes keeping track of your progress easier and doesn't spam the whole forum with every (little) update.
