Hi,

I've been playing with C++, SDL and OpenGL lately, and the result is a very simple space game :P. I used nothing but CodeBlocks, MingW and some tutorials.

Yes, the game will bore you after 1 minute, its just a test project, a lot of crazy stuff can be added :).

@Flawz: Yeah, I actually just started with C++ (I just started with classes etc which is one of the main things that C++ has compared to C). I think the game could be optimized a lot on performance (I forgot to use the performance flags of the compiler :/).

Actually the time is a bit misleading...or actually the game speed. The movements are calculated on the framerate, not yet on the time. So ppl with a high framerate have a higher game speed.

My best time: ~11.40 seconds
