Hello lovely Ragezone user,

my name is Hichiro, 23 years young and I was born in Nagoya, Japan and live in Germany since i was 15 years old. My german and english language is not the best, so i hope you can excuse me.
I love to watch Anime's and translate them in other language's. So i want to show you my new project!

Hichiro's Anime Network

Hichiro's Anime Network, is a software which you can use for watching every anime in different language. You can chat with other user's all over the world too. You can also read Manga's with my integradet Manga-Reader. You can upload your own Manga and show them to the world! You're not allowed to downloading Anime's from my Software so it will be disabled, cause of the license rights. But you can upload episode's, but you must wait till a moderator valiade this episode. (safety first, if you know what i mean).

Im develop this software alone cause i got some bad expirenece with random develop teams.
But what i still need is an graphic designer* for the design of the software.

I still need one or two graphic designer for this project, because iam a very terrible designer with photoshop. If the Software are online, the designer will get some cash ($,€,¥ etc.) from the adverb and the donation every week/month. But he must stay in my Team!!

What i also need

I also need some user's who upload and convert the episodes and sorting them. I also need some moderato's for the global chat and the integradet forum. And maybe a publisher guy.
And some pretty news writer! (you all will get some chash if the software is online)

What is my designated target?

like i wrote, iam from japan, and cant speak german or english well. I still only have my cousin as real friend, and my family. Im working at my family japan-resturante. Im very alone with my interesst at anime's, so my target will be to connect all Anime-Fans all over the world and bring them togehter. I hope you can help me with this project!

The Project

Im still working on this project some weeks, and i will show you now some results of it.(Dont forget, im not a designer king)

If you start the Software you will get at first a Patch-programm, he search for some new update's for the software for fixxing some buggs.


After the updates, you can press Start, and you will get the Login/Register screen where you can sign up or register. After you do that, you will get to the main window, where is a friendlist, private chat, global chat, latest news, latest uploaded episodes/mangas. Im develop these things in some few weeks and will finish this project at beginn of the new year.

I cant show you screen from the main window, cause im still develop this thing.
My Homepage/Forum about this Software will be Online soon. A nice guy i met in another forum will host it for me. So ill hope i will see there some english/american/australia/german etc etc anime fans, who will support this project!

Partner Program

I will also need some partner like Homepage,Forum,Games,Private Server and so on. We will make some adverb eatch other, and will support us each other. If you want some more Information about that, you can write me a E-Mail, or a PM.

The Login Screen is now finish, you can Login without any problems.
The Layout of this Screen also finish, and every Partner Homepage will get his own backgroundscreen, with a custom chibi char. Ill hope you like it.

I must censor this one, cause the rules of epvp say it.

Okay, my first question is just very simple.
Assuming that you don't have the rights to publish any of this content, how are you going to be standing on this legally?
It would be one thing if your platform was a video streaming service, that was abused by the users, and you looked the other way.
To then host copyrighted material (just like a lot of streaming services do).

However, this whole project is founded on the principle of uploading and streaming copyrighted material, so what's the plan there?
You need to think about this, because being ignorant can get you into a lot of trouble. Leading to the fact that you could potentially get sued for distributing copyrighted material.

Or do you have the rights to host these episodes etc?

(Oh, and if you are thinking about just putting up a disclaimer that the people that upload are the people responsible for the content on the server, then that will never work. Just saying.)

Well, doesn't really matter how you put it. If you host it, then you will inevitably be hosting copyrighted stuff.
If you don't host it yourself, but instead use other services to host it and then just stream their content. Then you are doing what most other sites that host tv-shows online do.

our pre alpha was start yesterday at 5pm. and we got already really nice replys of this client!
the users are really suprised about the streaming quality and the features, and they'll cant wait for the BETA.
