It's better than my first site by a great deal. This is how you make rounded corners.
Now, looking at your HTML
PHP Code:
<A HREF="http://maplefreaks.uuuq.com/index.html"><DIV ALIGN="center"><IMG SRC= "Home.png" BORDER= "1"></DIV></A><A HREF="http://maplefreaks.uuuq.com/Tips.html"><DIV ALIGN="center"><IMG SRC = "Tips.png" BORDER= "1"></DIV></A><DIV ALIGN="center"><A HREF="http://maplefreaks.uuuq.com/Useful_Links.html"><IMG SRC = " Useful_Links.png" BORDER= "1"></DIV></A><A HREF="http://maplefreaks.uuuq.com/Forums.html"><DIV ALIGN="center"><IMG SRC = "Forums.png" BORDER= "1"></DIV></A>
Your problem is the DIV's. You don't need to keep repeating <DIV ALIGN="CENTER">. You only need to call the DIV tag once.

The fix is:
PHP Code:
<DIV ALIGN="center">
<A HREF="http://maplefreaks.uuuq.com/index.html"><IMG SRC= "Home.png" BORDER= "1"></A>
<A HREF="http://maplefreaks.uuuq.com/Tips.html"><IMG SRC = "Tips.png" BORDER= "1"></A>
<A HREF="http://maplefreaks.uuuq.com/Useful_Links.html"><IMG SRC = " Useful_Links.png" BORDER= "1"></A>
<A HREF="http://maplefreaks.uuuq.com/Forums.html"><IMG SRC = "Forums.png" BORDER= "1"></A>
</DIV>
Remember to use indenting and spacing. It's alot easier to read above code than your original code.
