Well, i got a site called http://eikslabben.net/ where i downloaded a mp3 player, i edited the size etc..

then i created a file uploader in flash :)... so people can upload songs and they will be added to the list =)

I bought lots of webspace so the site will allow uploads longer..

you're still letting people upload & share music.. That's not okay anymore :) It's cool though. You just have to have a disclaimer that says they can only upload music they have copyrights to, or they get in trouble some how.. You should also have a way to connect each song to the user who uploads it. Then you can say that each user is responsible for the songs they upload, and you also need to reserve the right to remove any song for any reason.

Basically, you need a disclaimer like MySpace has with their band & music system.

A little research and you'll be fine ;)

PS: I love the uploader but the music player's width should be a percentage (like 100%) so the movie isn't bigger then the browser on some computers... like mines ;)
