Lol.. Simple but effective.. Try to enhance its functionality some time
Just a few little tips:
1) Anchor the textbox so that it enlarges with the form
2) Add scrollbars to the text editor area
3) Make the buttons onto a menu
But not bad for a first program. My first was a Hello World, lol.

Lol , This is not visual basic (I Think) last time i checked the icon of the program is Delphi :\
But nice took me a while to learn how to do this lol :P but when i saved a test .txt and tried to open it wont open.
