It looks pretty nice, but it has quite a few markup errors, you should focus on fixing them.

Start-HP is now 250, this is because weapons are strong.

yeah,, I also get that error :S

if you want to use frames to hide urls - just use apache mod rewrite to create your own links

He wants frames to lower the serverload, but you could just aswell use AJAX...(less load then IFrames).

A word of advice to Elitegm, if you want to pass multiple variables in an url through a link or form, use '&amp'; instead '&', else you'll get markup errors.

Either way, still good!
You should think of more crimes though, possibly a Job system / company system too.

Job ideas -
* Drug deals
* Hitman
* Stealing from both people / houses
* Building Sabotage / Arson
* Computer hacking / virus.
* Kidnapper
