You don't need photoshop skills to make a website like that. All you need is good color flow and that's it.

I would say that you used too much blue, you should pick a better color scheme, imho.

Other than that, it's pretty basic and plain.

Its a nice Template but like Aaron said use more Colors. Than the layout should be better search good Color Combinations like:
red/black
blue/black
orange/grey
Green/Grey

I agree. the Colours aren't good.
But, imo its excellent, theres only one thing i'd change.
The text to white.
