You are aware of the fact that you can't just use it any way you want right? It's a licensed product and you have you pay them if you want to use it.
I assume that if you made your own game (and it needs protection) and you want to sell it or use it commercially in ANY way, you will especially need to get a license, just using it straight out will land you a lawsuit.
