It needs more content, and meta data for keywords and a description.

Also, it would be wise to make your content search-engine friendly. Your source looks good and short, but I noticed your only meta data is pointing to your content, and you have no content except for a few links. All the SE's see is a title with nothing to support it. So not only are there 10000000 sites like yours, but you also have absolutely no chance for a ranking even if it was a unique niche. So to be perfectly honest and frank, the idea isn't original, nor does it have a fair chance for monetary or popularity-based success.

Its a good design. You could make a whatismyip domain and eventually put ads on it. thats what I did.
