Hello, this is something I have been working on the last days for a client, he wanted a clean layout so I tried my best
Its made using Symfony PHP Framework and some jQuery / metro css

Clean and easy for all screen sizes. A layout that is used for one reason only: To fulfill meaning and purpose. Good!
It looks great. The only thing I personally don't like is the fact that it's 100% in width. Do you really need all of that white space? But yeah, I think if you are planning to add more features, then I suggest giving the ability to put a picture would be nice and instead of the server download links why not have a description of the server and then when you click it, it will take you to the server description page with the downloads. Also how will you handle who's in what position? Via votes?

This is really nice - If you have the time then would you bother giving me the layout without the whole PHP code because me and maybe others are able to use this Layout for other purpose so if you are able to release this without the PHP code then please do so.
Why you do not like a website that uses 100% width? In fact a good designer is possible to use 100% of the given space without detract from lower sizes screens. :P
My biggest dislike is the navigation on the left. It's too much default Bootstrap.
But im not using bootstrap? hehe anyways for the people that want the layout is a simple Metro CSS based one.
