Hello,
Some time ago I was requested to make a small application to keep certain server up and restart it in case of crashes.
I made that small application BUT since the boredom always strikes when you least expect it to, I ended up making much bigger application than I originally planned. So after adding few more features I decided to release it here.
I know it has bugs and thats exactly why I'm putting it here so you can test it and tell me what do you think, what is missing, and what is possibly not working right.
Even if it's named as "SERVER Upkeeper", you can use it to basically launch any application (I use it to launch my audio player when my favorite DJ's radio session begins so i won't miss it), it doesn't have to be .exe file. For example: You can set the "File1 path" as C:\textfile.txt.
I don't intend to make any profit with this as it is only a small application coded by a beginner programmer.
Please read the readme file for more information and full length explanation about the differend functions.
Note that this has only been tested on XP and WIndows server 2003. I can't guarantee it will work on 64-bit Vista OR Vista that has UAC enabled.
This program requires NET. Framework 3.5 to work.
Building critizism and bug reports are welcome. I'd also like to know if you found this useful or totally useless.
After all tha being said, I hope this small application is of use to even few of you.
