Auto patch (list patch)
Maintenance Control (you can control the launcher if your server are maintenance)
config.dat encrypted
Modified calling game (ex:game.exe)
Modified command line (ex:/app_run)

Looks like no CRC checks against modified files. Overall it seems pretty basic.

You should work on implementing a more complex update system.
