Oh my god. I don't give a shit about files or how they're scripted/wrote if that works fine without bugs that can be exploited or brick. Get the servers that is able to handle the website. That's it.

I didn't realise he put it below the </html> tag. It should be in the body tag, but below the content. If he put it below the </html> tag, then it definitely shouldn't be there.
